If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any Newbridge
product, you may return it to us (via UPS or insured parcel post) for full
credit or exchange (less shipping fees). No questions. No fuss.

- Enter quantities next to the product you want and click Add to Shopping Cart.
- You may add as many items as you like to your cart before placing your order.
- When you are ready to check out, click Order from your Shopping Cart, and fill out the shipping and billing information on your Order Form.
- You will be given a chance to verify your order before you submit it.

Newbridge will accept purchase orders from recognized schools and libraries. Please provide the purchase order number and the name and phone number of the person with purchasing authority.
Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada:
- U. S. Mail (P.O. Boxes only)
- Standard Ground via UPS or FedEx (3-7 business days)
- Second Day via UPS or FedEx (2 business days)
- Overnight via UPS or FedEx (overnight)
- FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you would like us to expedite an order shipping to a P.O. Box, please call our customer service department at 800-867-0307 after placing your order. Please have your order confirmation number available.
- Processing and stock availability may affect delivery time for shipments.
- When shipping to Canada via FedEx or UPS the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs charges.
Our standard method for shipping overseas is Surface Mail. We can also, upon request, ship an order via air, but please note that the shipment is then subject to any applicable customs charges, which are payable by the recipient.

Actual freight charges apply to international orders and are added to the order at the time of shipment.
IL, MA, and MD Customers:
All orders shipping to these states are subject to state tax regulations.
If you are tax exempt and have not already done so, please fax a copy of
your Tax Exempt Certificate to 800-456-2419. Address your fax to
"Newbridge Accounting: Tax Exempt."
When you submit your Web order, you will receive a Confirmation Number.
